Abby Soloed!!

Abby Tripp soloed!! This Bishop Manogue Alum and avid volleyball player soloed N670CS at KRTS, runway de-spike the clouds sitting over the valley. Her CFI Kurtis Hornung setter up for success and with complete confidence, sent her off for that first logging of PIC time. And she dug it! Abby dig-nighted her pass-ion for aviation during the last part of her senior year. It was love at first spike. End of the year activities and getting ready for her move to Colorado for college were aspects of life she had to navigate through to commit time to flying, but she is serving it up and seeing the net results of all her hard work. She have fully accepted that flying is like volleyball, do it once and you love it forever. Awesome job Abby!! We totally dig you :) Keep your goals high and don’t stop until you get there!
