    New Soloed Student!!

Congratulations to Jackson Bellard for flying his first solo flight today!! Jackson was cut loose today at KRTS, runway 26, in N495SP. His instructor, Levi Mellows, watched from the taxi way as the high schooler completed a few laps in the pattern. As disappointed as we are that Jackson did not solo in his ridiculous Christmas sweater, we are so happy for his accomplishment. Congratulations again to him and his instructor. He is well on his way for a license to fly!
