For our second success story of the day: Oh, the jokes we could make about a Rusty Pilot. Alas, this is no joking matter. Today, Rusty Taft kicked Austin out of the instructor seat and soloed N752DW at Stead. Rusty works for the Nevada Air National Guard as a C130 mechanic. You’d think that a guy with a busted air conditioner would hunker down in the cool but Rusty felt the heat and got it done! Nice work to you and your instructor. The PPL will be here soon!
